Anyone come across condensation on the inside of the back light cover?

I've got it on one side of my 96 chim.. I thought about drilling a small hole in the cover to let it dry out and then fill it with epoxy or similar... any thoughts?

Yes this question comes up every year. The problem is usually the black sealant between cover and car body starting to split. The best answer and one I did myself is to find the lowest point and drill a 1/8" hole in the cover. This allows the inside to breath. Moisture doesn't drip out of it, it just keeps a balance of pressure, humidity and temperature which prevents the mist forming. I did mine years ago and the hole is invisible. I know it sounds bad but many people have done it and it really isn't noticeable. Put it another way, steamed up lights are very noticeable.

NB if you do drill a hole, you don't want to be sealing it back up, otherwise it will condensate again!
