I like the look, all bar the last bit of the 3/4 glass, however there's other appeals.
Looking at 993's, I've seen this and it all seems 'sensible'

any stand out's I can't spot?

Apologies - I presume you've done your research and know that the Targa uses a convertible shell, with all of the lower strengthening added to offset the loss of rigidity, then a heavy glass and metal roof is added back on to the top of the shell.
If you want to enjoy air-cooled wafting then this may not matter to you. But obviously there is more weight and in the 'wrong' place. The opening mechanism can go wrong, same as any other piece of machinery, but when it does it may well be expensive to fix due to lack of parts/experience/time-needed.
Porsche specified that 18" rims should not be used with the Targa just in case the extra 'shock' (due to less tyrewall on an 18) transmitted through to the roof/mechanisms. Hence the 'special' 17" split-rims that Targa's had from the factory.

To answer your question, a bit, from the photographs, and it may just be the light, both bumpers/PUs look slightly different shade of blue, which is not uncommon for the darker cars to have stone-chips etc addressed, and where the front PU meets the wing is a rubber gap-filling strip - the driver's side is somewhat imperfectly aligned, probably as they are notoriously difficult to refit new ones. I only mention this trivia as the rear passenger-side indicator/brakelight cluster? is slightly at an angle. They usually line-up perfectly. I hate to assassinate from photos, but may be worth a close look.
The mechanics (again from a distance) look like someone has spent recent money - new? rear discs, clean front discs & 'hats', clean calipers and clean engine bay - even the small section that you can see of the metal vent-pipe from the clutch in the photo of the driver's side rear wheel looks clean.... usually (understandably) dirty, so either the owner is insane or the car has had recent underbody cleaning. .
Not a bad looker; the optional hoop spoiler with high level brake light was a fun retrofit - make sure there isn't any rust where the lid was drilled to accept the fixing studs.
There are a few visuals that would make the perfectionists itch though:
The wheels have been refurbed incorrectly - the split rim fixings were originally anodised black; the silver shown detracts for me - there is a kit available to mask the individual heads when refurbing; but once painted it's too late. Clear front indicators (originally only on turbo/C4) would normally have been coupled with red rear lens' - either back to standard or go for the red rears.....
The clear oval side repeaters need to go away very quickly; makes me think of a 90's fiesta!

Mine has aftermarket clear ovals - not allowed?
The OE rectangular repeaters make me think of a 1980's VW Golf.... because that's where they nabbed them from

no offence meant.I remember fitting them to my '87 XR3i.....
A bit like the 'Lexus' lights that were all the rage in 2001 - as effective as they are they just don't look right to me now (I had Lexus lights on my 306....
