BMW X4 New Front Rubber

Evening All

Over the next couple of months I will be needing a pair of new front tyres on my 2019 X4 2.0TDi (the boring one which work allow me to drive).

Currently running on Pirelli P-Zero 245/45 20 run-flat. The rear are no where close to needing a swap with over 5.5mm tread on them, so unless it’s going to cause real issues, I,ll save myself £500 and stick with the used rears.

Any recommendations what to replace with. Can I go non-run-flat to ease the ride slightly? In line with most SUV’s it rarely goes anywhere off-road and spends a great amount of time on motorway runs.

I’d stick with run flats as your car is designed for them+if you have run flats/non flats on different axles you’ll upset the ride:handling balance.
