So a company based in czech republic owes me money - a refund for festival ticket for about eur 550. they are being silly so now i need to lean in on them. if it was the uk, id be all over it. i didnt pay by credit card as it wasnt an option. ive been reasonable and sent several messages and tried to call to no avail. its been owing since june

does anyone have any direct experience of filing a small claim in the czech republic and how to go about it? or are there ambulance chaser style uk based law firms with affiliate office in the czech republic that might help?

the amount is small so i cannot imagine ill get anyone offering to help. i have not yet called citizens advice bureau.

any suggestions around a social media pr offensive will not be pursued at this stage as i dont want my actions to prejudice a claim!

Hi Ravi,

It's not great news I'm afraid : https://e-justice.europa.eu/content_small_claims-4...

It looks like if you did go down the legal route, it could be challenging. Sorry I can't be the bearer of better news.
