It occurred to me the other day that I don’t think I’ve ever seen one or know anyone that has mentioned having one.

Are they even still available? Is this one of the few things that Apple got wrong?

I don't think it's that big in the US anymore so can't see it coming here. We wouldn't get anywhere near the same benefits either.
