Online Banking Transfer Problem

Hello, I’m trying to transfer some money for a car but I’m getting the below message , any ideas what exactly it means ? It’s being transferred from my savings account ,
Could that be the reason ? Thanks

Is there anything unusual about the destination account?

If your account is a savings account you can’t always pay things (only transfer to other accounts)

You might need to transfer to a current account & make payment from there.

Thanks I just called them , that was the reason the savings account can’t have money transferred out

Didn’t think they would be open but they answered
