No standard model?

I think I'll need a sit in one, I've found a lot of EVs cause uncomfortable knees when sat in the back (one of us usually sits with youngest). Last time I went to a Tesla showroom they had no cars though, so not sure how I'll do that now.

Autocar have a driving impressions/ video up (haven't seen the latter yet) of the long range (standard) model.

But disappointed it starts from 54k with presumably similarly higher lease than the 3. Real shame that China hates hatchbacks!

It’s even uglier than a Model 3 which is quite an achievement.

I don’t really get it, but the Tesla fanboys seem to be creaming themselves over it.

I thought this was quite funny

I've ordered one to. No brainer through a limited company. It has the space and crucially access to the supercharger network. My experience of the other chargers in the local area recently has been abysmal so Tesla is the only choice as far as I'm concerned.

I’d have an Ioniq 5 over the Y, but I’d have a Model 3 over either. Which is what I did.

They will sell loads. I’ve ordered one as the family wagon for my wife and my dad’s ordered one too.

This, its hardly tough competition in the looks dept.

£55k is pricey though.

No SR model for Europe yet I assume once Berlin gets cooking they'll throw in some LFP packs.

I think so, yes. Awful design. I am a fan of EVs (have an ipace for my work hack), but wouldn’t want a Y.
