Some info from the legal eagles here, a neighbour has had a community protection notice/letter from the police instructing/informing him of some restictions he has to comply with.
It is my understanding that the restrictions etc are not public knowledge, and only the persons involved with the CPN can be informed of them.
To what extent is that, can all the neighbours be told of the situation, people in the next street?, can a newspaper print it? can it be put on the local street facebook page?

It is not the notice itself, that is common knowledge, but the conditions/restrictions imposed, that i am interested in, how does anybody know if he breaks them if the common knowledge of the conditions are not known.
