A childish windup idea

I saw this article:

Couple fined when bus lane camera took picture of writing on woman’s top

And thought... what a way to wind up a friend or annoy someone that you don't like.

Just have a hoody made up with their registration plate on and walk down a few bus lanes.

OK they will get the fine cancelled but I wonder just how many times you could trigger it.

I like the way the council claim to agree to "waive" the fine like they are somehow doing you a favour. The fine was incorrectly issued and therefore not enforceable.

Could be a good prank though.
