Simple invoicing software

Hi,

I'm looking for a simple piece of software (ideally web based) to produce rental invoices every month (zero VAT). Approximately 12 invoices per month. Handy if these can be emailed directly but PDF is fine. No other features are needed.

Any recommendations?
