Satnav not working/loading

Morning all, anyone else had this issue and know a fix without having to mess around leaving the car at dealers for a day?

it's a 2020 745e. It's been like this for 3 days now even with 4 hours of driving so I'm struggling to believe it is still updating!

Is there anything in the manual about some kind of reset for the system? If not, I think it's going to be a trip to the dealers I'm afraid.

Found on another forum, hold down the stereo on/off button for about 30 seconds restes it
