a quest for some decent cocktail measures!

Afternoon all,

You'd think this would be a simple task, but no. Basically, I want a set of spirit measures for making cocktails, and I want them to be separate thimbles of 25 and 50ml (also 35 if I can get one) because I find the double-ended jiggers annoying to use when you want a drink that requires both ends for one prep.

Unfortunately, it seems very few people seem to do them (not seen any in my local homeware shops) apart from, quelle surprise, the likes of Amazon. Here I fall into the issue where the reviews for various items include stainless steel that rusts, items that aren't representative of the listing, or my favorite one being some where the bottoms were glued in and leaked....

Someone on here must have a reasonably priced set that they are happy with and can recommend?

Easier to get American ounce measure jiggers.

Most cocktail recipes start in ounces and get badly translated into metric anyway.

I like the plastic ones with the “steps” up the inside for 1/2, 3/4, 1 and 2 oz.
