Seriously looking at taking a company car, given low BIK for electric cars and company contribution to installing charge points it seems like a no brainer!
The list is quite extensive, but I'v narrowed it down to 2 cars
Polestar 2 Single Motor Long Range
Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus
Common sense says I should go for the Tesla, as it comes with the key tech such as adaptive cruise, and lane keeping assist etc plus is faster, but I'm really taken by the design of the Polestar. Has anyone tested these cars side by side or have any experience of either? Range is not a big issue, as most of my journeys are sub 150 miles, keen to get opinions!

Looks like the Polestar has Android Automotive which I believe is the next iteration of Android Auto. It has to be better than Sensus, that's what I have in my 69-plate V90 and to be honest it's not brilliant. The satnav is a joke and it frequently crashes. If you can avoid that then all the better.

Not quite, its google tech, which is class leading.The Sat nav isn't a massive concern - it's the lack of tech on the Polestar 2 without adding packs - which I cannot do on the company car scheme, Is Lane keeping assist and adaptive cruise control really the game changer it's sold as being, or is it something that I'll rarely use on the motorway?
I recently drove the Polestar and Model 3 Performance back to back.
The Polestar is very much the better car, more luxurious, better looking and the interior is leaps and bounds beyond the Tesla.
The Tesla felt a little quicker and drove better, I was very impressed. But both are rapid under 90mph. Under heavy breaking the Polestar felt the weight where the Tesla disguised it really well not pitching as much. The ride height of the polestar is also a bit odd. However the driving position is excellent so its does feel like a car rather than an SUV.
I never use cruise control or would ever use autopilot on UK roads so these things weren't of concern.
Telsa's get a lot of stick, but honestly the ones I've driven are OK if you can put up with the odd looks inside and out.
Obviously they main point of a Telsa is the infrastructure so if your doing heavy miles I think the Tesla would make life easier.
Otherwise the Polestar is the better choice.
