One might imagine that it is proclaiming the munificence of Allah and some Koran quote... hope to find out though. Interesting

Second pic says this via Google translate.

Vote and Laiqi Liaf Al-Tahi, and what is in the Nine Lands, now sell the High Berry, understand and break into a heart with the god of pests, who said, “No, there is no dishonor.”

Its telling you that the staff should be 'six kadams high'
The inverse tells you however to 'subtract one kadam out of respect'

Don't dig in the wrong place

Hi - Mrs Countdown informs me that this is the Ayat-al-Kursi.

Translation

The lettering in the first pic isn't really legible I'm afraid.

Ok… my Arabic doesn’t exist….

But the first 3 concentric rings (not the central circle) on the 1st image is the Arabic alphabet, with the letters written as to start a word, mid-word and to end a word.

No worries VTC. I've sent the image to a friend of mine who's spent the last 10 years in KSA. Hopefully he'll be able to shed some light on it thumbup

ETA Update from Mrs C she's fairly sure that the outer ring is different words for Allah, the 2nd outer ring is different words for Mohammed.

What's the second outer ring? The outermost certainly looks like Arabic, but the one inside doesn't, to my uneducated and probably wrong eye.

I didn't think anyone would get it, this thread is much too productive and useful for the Lounge, so now I stand out as the lone useless poster biggrin

The innermost 3 rings are the arabic alphabet plus arab numbers. the outer ring is arab words. The 2nd-outer ring just looks like symbols (although 911 seems to recur quite a lot I don't think it's meant to be the number 911 if that makes sense)

ETA see update
