Please review your experience....!!!!!

Getting fed up with receiving emails from companies asking me to write a review of my 'experience' with them.
Whether it be buying slippers online from M&S, after cancelling my Apple TV subs, parcel delivery companies asking 'How did we do'....? The list goes on. I paid for something, they supplied it to me, what more is there to say?
They can all get to f***

By asking you early it's likely you will still be in the honeymoon period of the product and will therefore rate them higher than a few weeks later when you realise the product is useless/has broken.
Annoying when you read reviews along the lines of "haven't used it yet but packaging had some sweets in it! 5 stars"

Yeah they are almost as annoying as the 1* ones 'Product is fantastic but one star because Amazon took 3 days to deliver' Annoying when you read reviews along the lines of "haven't used it yet but packaging had some sweets in it! 5 stars"

I had the request from Network Rail a couple of weeks ago. I had called their emergency number to report level crossing barriers that hadn't lifted properly after a local quarry train had gone through.
I had two phone calls and several e-mails over the next couple of days asking me to rate my experience and asking what they could have done better.
Waste of their effort as far as I was concerned; I really don't expect to be using the 'service' again.

The problem is that people who are happy say nothing whereas those that have a grievance will shout loudly from anywhere they can. This can mean that a company has loads of really happy customers but if you look online then the odd customer that has been let down has left a poor review as that the service they got. This gives them an artificially poor rating.
There will always be some that leave a positive but they are in the minority. I try and leave a positive where I can but I know how the I can't be arsed feeling gets.

M&S won't even ask me for a review because it took the absolute shambolic shower of s
te nine (yes nine) months to deliver a f
king sofa. After 3 months the chair we ordered arrived and so did a sofa that a circus clown would have struggled to design, even the caravan dwelling dog lovers would have had issues. Their response was to blank our calls, pass us from retarded tele operator to non-native halfwit and deny any responsibility. We did get an offer of “keep your trap shut” and we will send you a packet of nuts which we declined. Never trust a positive review.

I had one from the BMW dealership that I bought my bike from.
The salesman says he gets a tenner for 10/10 and nothing for less.
So as with a lot of those you get prompted to give him top marks. Although in his case it was justified.
He says it pays for a breakfast at the weekend.
Audi used to have one where you had to describe the service quality. To score max you had to say something like “exceptional” or “outstanding. Anything less was a miss. The salesman says he gets a tenner for 10/10 and nothing for less.

So saying “excellent and above expectations” would not give the bonus.

He only gets one 10/10 every 4 or 5 weeks then. The salesman says he gets a tenner for 10/10 and nothing for less.
