MAF sensor cleaner alternative

[xrblue]

Hi all, does anyone know if MAF sensor cleaner is the same as electrical contact cleaner?

Thanks

I used electrical contact cleaner to clean the MAF on my 2.2 Civic and it did a good job, so I assume so.
