Normally i would be thinking Disney are milking the spin offs but am actually thinking bring it on, The Mandalorian was magnificent.
There is no question Disney+ is milking Star Wars and Marvel. If they want us to keep paying the subscription, they have to keep the content coming. However, I don’t think they’ve done a bad job with either so far. (Not everyone agrees, obviously.)
There's currently a 20 minute show on D+ about Boba Fett in readiness for the new show. It talks about the creation of the character, how he became a fan favourite, the original actor and his involvement with conventions and the introduction of the character in the Mandalorian which lead to the new show. It's quite interesting, I enjoyed it.
When the Mandalorian started I wanted it to explore the underworld of smugglers, bounty hunters and organised crime, but good as it was ...it went in the usual direction of Jedi, Empire and stormtroopers.
Hope this one explores the underworld of smugglers, bounty hunters and organised crime...

Nice little starter episode (30+ mins) with a bit of backstory to plug in the gaps in his journey after the OT.
Directed by Robert Rodriguez so guessing they will go the same route as Mando with multiple directors for episodes.
Goransson is back to do the score again, there's a nice little remix of a certain song to look out for.
6/10 but will probably get better.

Some of the fighting felt a little strained but I guess it will find its feet.
The lad and I enjoyed it, I suspect we will get a whole series of past and present stories, his escape and capture was just the start. We've still got to get the armour and spaceship back and befriend Fennec yet.

They already did that in the second series of Mandalorian when Mando goes to find another Mandalore and comes across the Marshall who's wearing Boba's armour which he took off the Jawas, who have probably had it since they robbed Boba at the start of this episodei liked the fact it was new star wars, but then i ddint like how , like most "action" series from disney/marvel/star wars - they seem intent on always getting some hand to hand karate combat and running and jumping. they have blasters you know, as well as droids etc etc, not sure why it always needs roundhouse kicks all the time................ also, i got a little bored if i'm honest - give me Boba in Slave One roaming the galaxy taking on jobs for the Empire or perhaps even the "Rebel Scum" leading up to his job getting Han Solo, and yes i'm in (although i think Mandalorian has stolen most of these ideas) but instead it seems its going to be based on Tatooine - i'm holding out hope we'll get some interesting plot line/thread opening up soon.............
