Was she misquoted or did she really say that she condones the blockage of roads ( or similar) AS LONG AS SOMEONE DOES CNOT GET HURT (my caps)

If so i would love her to justify that to the woman whose mother was delayed by these loonies and as a result suffered a stroke.
