Appreciate its higher miles, but looks value to me?
I just found a great car on Auto Trader:

No they didn't....Biggest issue for me on this car advertised is that it still has the original IRIS 1 infotainment system which quite frankly is utterly rubbish at doing anything other than playing music from the USB connection. If you do everything else from your phone then you could probably live with this.
If I was being picky I’d also say the silver exhaust surrounds and wing supports can look a bit tired and the stealth option was better. As it’s a very early car then it’ll have the swipe to open door mechanism which was a great idea but, like IRIS 1, a bit crap in the real world.
I’d not be put off by the mileage having done similar in both a 12C and a 650S and, subject to a suitable inspection, I’d say it looks like a bargain.
It’s interesting you see so many people posting on here about not being bothered by high mileage.
Some even say they prefer high mileage as “issues would have been fixed”.
Then you get a reality check when you try to sell and you realise in the real world how important mileage is.
If it’s this difficult to sell now, what in a x years with another x thousand on the clock?

PistonHeads isn't a fair barometer of erm.... PistonHeads IMHO. When it comes to the crunch and money is about to depart your wallet, pretty sure most (unless your pockets are deep) would consider mileage very carefully. Some even say they prefer high mileage as “issues would have been fixed”.

However the mileage on different marques has a different impact. Touching a Ferrari with 40,000 miles seems to be perceived as a huge risk, on an R8 you're just running the engine in.
It could be argued that approx 4000 miles per year is not really high mileage.
I’d rather be adding miles, having fun and accepting the loss in value than simply having it sit in the garage.
This one appears to be priced to reflect the miles (?) and you price it accordingly again when you come to sell.

Seems far too cheap to me, miles is one thing and can be a double edged blade but,,,, is the seller desperate? Has it some hidden problems? Oh, and folding rear seats is interesting
I don't buy a car for its sound system whilst it may be of importance to some, not me so IRIS 1 doesn't bother me (IRIS 2 not much better) as I get into a car like this to drive and not chat etc and other spec's, condition, history, (was it rented?) colour is far more important. Also the swipe doors I like and haven't had a problem with either, wet or dry and they are very cool. How has it ended up here? It does look a bargain.
