I have a top 100 for westerns, but off the top of my ten in the moment Ill squeeze it down to;
Unforgiven
The Outlaw Josey Wales
High Plains drifter
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
The Wild Bunch
The Professionals
Blazing Saddles
Support Your Local Sheriff
The Big Country
Little Big Man

and as for programmes, Deadwood, hands down unbeatable.

Not including any fantasy/scifimodern 'westerns.'

Not sure about a full top 10, but 3:10 to Yuma and Bone Tomahawk would definitely be in there, as well as The Good The Bad and The Weird (East’s take on a western).

But nothing comes close to Deadwood imo.
