Purely out of interest (cos you aint allowed to use them in the EU) does anyone have a recommendation for a FM Transmitter to be used with a MP3 player in the car. I have a Sony HD5 and was looking at a Belkin for about £30...but more research reveals a bigger variety
Views please
Cheers

I got the cheapest one I could find in the States that works off the fag lighter and it works fine, I think it cost around $30 which seems to equate to £30 in this country.

I'll check tomorrow when I go to the car, but I'm fairly certain it was a generic US make.

Have a look on t'eBay

I bought one from there (cheapish) and that works fine!

If you've got a budget of £30 you should be fine.. pick up a brill one for that on eBay.

If your MP3 player is an iPod then you can get a specialised one just for it.
I've actually seen websites up somewhere that give tutorials on modifying the iPod transmitter to make it strong enough to use as a small pirate radio transmitter

Thanks!
Dave.

Edit:
Just had a look on eBay and a Belkin is the best one I can find... just a few pence over £30 with postage... this is probably the one you were looking at before..
I think it is a newer model.. looks good anyway, a lot better than mine!
