Annoying New Teenage Haircut Trend

Has anyone noticed these awful haircuts that teenagers are all seem to be getting ? It’s shaved round the back and sides and on top I can only describe as a perm, a massive curly mop , it’s disgusting

I guess they must be copying a pop star or footballer or something ?

I don’t understand what look they are going for though ? When I was a kid sometimes haircuts would copy someone famous but this one I can’t see who they are copying ?
