Rover K series flywheel diameter MGF

I know that there are two different diameter flywheels used on various Rover/ MG cars using the K series engine. I would like to know the diameter of the smallest one used in the 1.4 version (maybe 1.6 as well). I am hoping to connect a Suzuki 413 gearbox to one of these engines, maybe wishful thinking though.
