How can I run an Android app in the cloud?
Discussion
I'm sure this is relatively easy - I simply want to run an Android app in the cloud - is there an (easy) solution for this?
I used to develop SW so I'm reasonably tech savvy - i just want an out of the box solution if I can find one - can anyone help?
Happy to pay for Google console or AWS etc - if its relatively simple to do,

This was pretty much the first link for Azure Android emulator , sure you could refine it

I run an Android X86 VM on my unraid server for such things (android apps that only work when their 'open' but I don't want them open all the time on my phone etc). I havent got it signed into Google and just find the APK of what I want and install it manually, keeps it simple then
Similar sort of thing but in a remote VM should work?

yes this sounds like the kind of thing i'm looking for. If i look on Google Cloud platform - it wants to charge me $0.5 per hour to run the VM Genymotion Cloud Android 8.1 Oreo - which is $12 per day Is that normal? Thats what Google cloud support is recommendingSimilar sort of thing but in a remote VM should work?
I'm not familiar with costs of these things - or alternatives
