I've been making christmas puddings for a few years using a Delia Smith recipe from years ago.
It's a good recipe, but i fancy doing something a bit different this year just for a change.
Anyone got any winning recipes they can recommend? I want something that is recognisably a christmas pudding, but maybe with a bit of a twist or surprise to add a bit of novelty.
