PCNs - any way of finding out if sent to old address?

My gf has had two PCNs turn up at the 'final demand' stage, from 2020, as she forgot to update her V5 when we moved in together last year. We've now moved again and she has updated it this time... I was wondering if there's any way of checking if there are any more PCNs outstanding against her registration as there was a year in total where her car was registered at the wrong address..?

If you email the issuing local authority they will send you a list of all outstanding PCNs held against the licence plate. I've done this multiple times with multiple different local authorities. You may need to call to get the email address and chase the email once it does go out. Once they are at the bailiff stage the local authority cannot recall them, however at that point you can apply to get the bailiff order repealed on the basis that you never received the NTO. To do this you will need to attend a magistrates court and do a statutory declaration saying that you never received the NTO / ensuing paperwork. Apologies if any of this is slightly inaccurate, its been two or three years since I last done one but I did this four or five times against Brighton Council with success each time.
