Replacing driver side window, what am I doing wrong?

Hello,
I'm trying to replace the driver side window, it has a big scratch.

I remove the door panel, and I am pretty sure that I have to loosen the 2 screws (TX20) through the holes in the door.
I removed screw 1, and I manged to grab the screw before it felt into the door.

But I can't see how I should do that for screw 2? Is there a trick or am I doing something wrong?

You have to lower the window so that you can see the torx screw through that hole, it doesn't line up exactly its about an inch or so in front of the hole but can be reached through the hole with a longish torx bit.

Shine a decent light into the hole. Did mine last week.

I did that, that's not the problem, I can reach it.
But I don't know how to remove the screw so that it doesn't fall into the door

if its the same as the vantage then you only have to slacken the screws slightly not undo completely

I had to undo them completely as I was replacing the window.

I tried with a magnetic screwdriver, but of course the screw fell into the door. 

But I had a strong magnet and was able to get it back. 

So there was no trick, just impossible (for me at least) to remove the screw without dropping.

The window is in and working again.
