Spending the weekend up up in London, we've driven to Morden tube, parked up last night at 17:45 at York Close car park, charging hours are up to 18:00, paid 56p via Ringo to park the 15 minutes, with a view to waking at 07:30 this morning to pay for today from 07:30 - 18:00, checked the signage to see if there are any parking restrictions on length, can't see anything, the website doesn't state any max parking time (see photo from Merton council website ref this exact car park, no restrictions shown.

Last night before bed just get Ringo fired up, to make sure all is well and good for the morning to pay for the parking today, then notice in the parking charges link, "max stay 10 hours, no return within 60 minutes" 07:30 - 18:00 is 10.5 hours, there is no mention of this on the website or on the signage!

So I parked up at 17:45 yesterday and paid to park till 18:00, already at this point the car has now been there 14 hours, would anyone be aware if this max stay is only in relation to the charging hours or irrespective of the charging hours?

Looks like I may have to go back to the car to move it but the other nearby car park is on a 13 hour max stay, again no mention on the parking website, only mentioned on Ringo, we are here till Sunday evening (parking is free on Sunday for both car parks).

This morning I paid for an hour taking me to 08:30, it is now 08:00 and 've just checked whether I can add another 10 hours via Ringo but I am unable to extend to cover 10 hours 30 mins parking, I guess I could start afresh and at 08:00 pay for 10 hours as a fresh parking, but then that will likely fall within the "no return within 60 minutes", which is only mentioned on Ringo, nowhere else.

So basically the car has been there over 10 hours but the vast majority of this as been outside parking charge hours, but am I likely to get fined for parking overnight out of parking charge hours, if I move it to another car park with 13 hour max parking, pay for those 13 hours for todays parking but leave it till late Sunday (no charges on Sunday) am I likely to get an additional fine, or will ther be no fine as the over 13 hours limit will outside of the parking charge hours?

Thank you.
