Chrome window trim - vinyl wrap to black

Hi all,
chrome window trim, it's looking a bit tarnished, and am not a fan anyway - would like to make it black... vinyl wrap seems like a good option, compared to expensive oem parts replacement...
anybody have recommendations (preferably first hand) for places close to Leamington/Warwick that could do this, and also what sort of cost it's likely to be?
