I'm a newly appointed director of an RTM company for a medium size building

Many things that our appointed management agent do seem contrary to our residents' interests but the management company insists that this is the way that things are 'always done'.

Is there an association of RTM companies like ours that shares information/guidance?

OP I'm in a similar position to yourself and I have found this site to have a lot of useful information.

However there is no association that I am aware of.
