Tbh I have no idea, goofy Rylan does it all the time.
Council types often start their FB posts with Tbf.

I saw this one on "Police Camera Action" and the guy who had been stopped driving said "I am not going to lie to you officer", then proceeded to spout a load of drivel that was shown to be all lies.

So now, I assume if anyone says this then whatever they will say afterwards is not true.
