Estate planning recommendation

My dad is single and my brother and I are his only (known to us) living relatives. He's in his late 70's and lives alone and is in good health. From what I can determine I would ballpark his estate incl. his home in the 500k+ region. Now, I live in the US and my brother in Australia, permanently. He's got a will and I am the named executor. He's talking about selling his UK home, moving to Australia to live in a 'grandad flat' attached to my brother's house, but he isn't clear on if Australia will be his place of permanent domicile. I know, its all a bit vague and I am trying to get some answers out of him because this could be a mess to sort out when the time comes re taxes etc.

I'd like to get him sat down with an suitably qualified estate and tax planner to walk through things with him.

Can anyone offer any advice or recommend an estate planner in the Cardiff area?
