iPhone App subscriptions

Hi all

I have a few app subscriptions on my iphone (Strava, Lastpass and Icloud). I have recently got an Amex and want to swap the payment method on my phone for purchases on the app store and my subs to the Amex. I still want the old card which is a Visa to be available in Apple Pay though.

I have added my new Credit Card so in Apple Pay / Wallet I now have my Amex and Visa in Apple Pay. All good so far.

In the Apple ID section Amex is in grey next to Payment and Shipping. Clicking in to this menu shows Apple Pay, Amex and then a debit card I also have set up and this has apple pay in brackets. I have removed my Visa from this menu.

I have two active subscriptions, Strava which uses my debit card, I would like to keep this as is. iCloud and Lastpass used my Visa. How do I change Icloud and Lastpass to use my Amex?

If the subscriptions are using a debit card, I think the only way is to cancel the subscription and re-subscribe under the new card.

On iPhone: Settings > (your AppleID) > Subscriptions... will list them and you can cancel them from there.
