Rented Garage/Workshop insurance

Am having grief over my insurance on the workshop which I rent.

Can anyone recommend a good broker who handles workshop/contents insurance away from your main residence?

A lot of kit car policies cover the kit in the build stage as well - have you considered this option? Apologies if you have and it's not appropriate.
