It was a Model T Prototype, that ran on ethyl alcohol made from hemp and had the body made out of resin stiffened hemp fibres.

Ford originally thought that cars should be run on alcohol made from plants and therefore renewable but it was easier and cheaper to make a petrol burning engine back then so it never took off.
