BBWF Virgins need help?
Discussion
Guys Steve Hall and myself are coming down to the BBWF on Friday evening, we will be pulling the Thorpedo (just who the hell gave it that name?) with our motor home. As we have never been to a previous BBWF is there any parking for tow vehicles and trailers there? Where should we put the race car? Any info most welcome

Michelle will also be bringing the BBWFSV (not quite a motorhome but still larger than an average car !)on Sat in convoy, if her back is up to it !!
So would also like somewhere to park without hitting peoples pride and joys !
Also space ( for 5 ?)in the BBWFSV from High Wycombe and 1 passenger seat in the Wedge available

I never got a reply from dickymint regarding how much of the space in the end carpark section the stalls were going to use, but I thought it would be good to park the race cars in there. Check out the sketch on the bbwf parking thread. Tow vehicles etc should go down the far end near reception and I guess we could park trailers on the grass somewhere. It's going to be tight, but I'm sure with goodwill, we'll juggle it all together.

Yep i concur with that Rog. traders will need about half the space of the do-nutcar park - as per your plan.

Richard, I'll be there on Friday and if i've not buggered off to the pub, will me more than willing to help, as will Lex, maybe the only person in the Cadwell paddock capable of fitting in the Thorpedo passenger seat! Is the engine bay sorted now? What cause the fire at Cadwell?
If i dont get an MoT tomorrow i might be towing the Tasmin too.
Regards
Iain

Well we checked the fuel lines, we looked at the wiring (what was left), and we inspected the exhaust in great detail. We basically stripped the bugger right down and after all this we still had no cause of the fire. So we resorted to the most powerful, effective TVR diagnostic tool there is, the Driver Thumbscrews. After ten minutes of this he admitted it the cause was a Marlborough Red cigarette butt. The silly bugger had lit up. The only consolation of this episode is that the Vodka bottle did not get jammed under the brake pedal otherwise we would have been stuffed
