I've a parcel to go back, clicked through the returns procedure expecting to find a returns lable but only a QR code pops up.

Do I just stick the QR code to the parcel and take it to the post office?

No. Which returns service is it? Take the QR code to the right shop and they will print you a label to stick on.

You have to find somewhere that will scan the code and print a label for you. Sorting offices usually do it, not so many other places.

Or do another return and choose print label at home option.
