Hi All,

I recently had a Wallbox Pulsar Plus installed at home and it charges my EQC ok, except scheduled charging doesn't work. I can go into the Wallbox and set a schedule, but as soon as I connect the charging cable to the car, it starts charging. Has anybody else experienced this and how did you fix it?

TIA

Sorry not specifically with your charger , but I have the same issue with a newly fitted Zappi - won't schedule charge on the Etron but is fine with the IPace .

Ignore the charging App and use the software in the car. it's a better solution.

On the ETron or generally ? The ipace I have doesn’t have delayed charging that works . With the ETron you have to set a departure time and then work out what percentage charge you will achieve by that time .. too much hassle

Generally. I appreciate some cars may be overly complex on this but it should be a very simple thing to do but, sorry, can't vouch for every manufacturer. if it that bad then by all means use the Wallbox App.

Yea... Plug car in and authorise the charger with your fob or whatever.. then use the cars app to schedule the charge.

Frimley , my IPace is 2019 - I actually checked with a mate at JLR who confirmed they were working on delayed charging ( it seems to work with the Zappy now ) . Etron is more complex ...
Changing to an electric mini and a Taycan in the next weeks so not overly bothered at the moment - just hope the these work !

Ah, interesting. I knew a few cars didn't have scheduled charging but assumed most did.
