Dash mode. Fast/slow

Hi all.

When messing with the dash ive seen at the bottom of the initial settings page there is a mode that saysfast or slow. Any ideas what this is for

Dont say anything about making the car fast or slow😀

I know how to reset the trip but now feel there's something I've been missing. If there's a way to turn off the warning for ice I'd love to know how to find it.

As far as I'm aware, it refers to how often the info is updated on the pod / received from the various senders.

Slow averages the readings out over a few seconds, fast is more immediate and more jumpy.
