Touch up paints
Discussion
Depends on the car, type of paint and the size of the issue.
Most recent I used was 'paintnuts' on my M5C as it had a very fine needle point for application.
Colour match was spot on after a good shake, but you have to be steady when applying to get the texture to blend.
Previously used JLR OEM sticks on my FFRR, which were decent enough but not long lasting.

I recently used Autopaint St Helens

Sent a small chip from my 1983 T25 which was painted a non VW shade of beige - the match I received back was near perfect though ideally they have a spectrometer if you can get the car to them onsite.
No connection - just a very satisfied customer.
