Looking for a Legal advisor executive retention schemes.

Search didnt help and my my local POC I have used before for some Employment Law has not responded, so I thought I'd ask the friendly but knowledgable and fierce PH' team.

Over the last few years I have been acting as a consultant and now a director for UK based firm that has through my efforts successfully pivoted to a New sector. The private equity firm that owns the firm is subsequently and currently selling to new investors – final bids in the next 7 days.

The management team including myself will be retained and offers will be made on the basis of MIPS and bonuses based on the growth projected. (perhaps linked to the exiting MIPS?)

Is this anyones area of knowledge and experience you can advise on with respect to terms, levels etc, or recommend anyone else?
More than happy to pay for the advise as I see it as an investment.

Least year I used a very good advisor who helped negotiate the terms for management rolling over to a new buyer.
