V8 Tool kit and....

Nothing missing as far as I know, both my V8s have been equipped the same so far; towing eye, screwdriver, couple of spare bulbs on my first V8 (non HID) but no spare bulbs in later HID equipped car. Perhaps the spare hole is for another bulb of your choice (not many bulbs on HID/LED equipped cars)
I think there might have been optional first aid kit could go in the larger space....and optional warning triangle on inside of boot. If you travel in Europe you need all these by default.

But that's fine because I own lots of screwdrivers, have never needed a new bulb and have used the towing eye on numerous track days. When I say used, I mean put it on the car, not been dragged out of the gravel!

I also don't have anything in the right space, never had locking wheel nuts either.

Maybe the early cars had the tupperware skip shaped container, which was then replaced with the nylon zip up bag? All the Astons I have owned have had the nylon zip up bag to be fair....
I can confirm that the first-aid kit was an option in the UK when my car was specc'd for 2015 (well, more accurately, from the options list I have, a "delete" option to remove) and I have the nylon zipped bag in that space next to the tools.
Earlier cars also had a couple of small trays in the RH boot cubby for the tyre inflator kit - I get a Velcro strap on the LH side; Value Engineering at its finest

Those are not factory OEM nuts, they do not look like that. The OEM ones have a floating ring at the bottom so as not to damage the wheel when tightened up.As for the adapter, I think this is what is been discussed here, right? They call it "key" in this ad:

These are the OEM nuts - although the picture here doesnt show the key-nut, it is just a tool with the opposite pattern on one end and a hex bolt on the other, so does look similar to the one in the ebay ad.

The first aid kit does not seem to have a part number, but I confirm the weird shape as shown in the posted diagram.
Regarding the toolbox, this is what I have in my 2011 car, sold in France: no wheel nut adapter as said (I keep a spare LED bulb in there) and no blue sticker at the bottom of the first aid kit section. I imagine the spare bulbs I have are for the full beams, since the dipped are xenons. Tow hook and screwdriver as expected.
