Fiat Bravo II Heater Fan removal

Hi,

I have a 2008 Fiat Bravo 1.4 Tjet with the manual heating/AC. Recently when I turn the heating on the vents give out warm air. However, no matter what speed I put the fan on there is a sort of fluttering noise like leaves or something else is stuck in the vents/motor.
Would anyone know where the heater fan is located and how to remove it so that I can have a look and clear out any debris if needed?

Not specifically familiar with those, but in general removing the glove box is a good start to getting access to most heater fans.
