If you're on the PHEA mailing list you've already seen this and had the entry form, but if not...

It's time to finalise entries for the last two shows of the year, Rougham (21 August) and Lavenham (29 August). You can find more details and photos of previous events at www.phea.co.uk on the PH Roadshow page. Both are well worth going to.

Rougham insist that you return an entry form - please mail me for a copy I can send you as a Word doc).

Lavenham is more informal - book via me by e-mail, no forms or money required.

That's it - but if you have any questions please mail me. Many thanks and I hope to see you there :-)

Simpo YHM,

Quick question re/ Rougham, will we all be meeting up somewhere outside the event to save having to drive around trying to find the PH stand to display?

I did Rougham last year (and will be this) and can heartily recommend it and by all accounts, Lavenham was good too

The only minor snag is that Rougham is pretty much bang in the middle of the PHEA patch, so people converge from all directions. It's nice to arrive in convoy; not only is it fun but it helps the marshals and as you say prevents people getting lost. So I'll suggest a local RV somewhere near the venue nearer the time, it just means a very short convoy!

Hi John I'm not sure if I accidently bounced some email back to you by mistake on this subject. If so ignore it, my email does work I was just over zealous with my Mailwasher

Might be able for Rougham again..... diary to check.

Hi John, can you please book me in for Lavenham, I'll put old AMY to one side of the PH stand in future or as you direct on the day.

By the way, my car now has indicators

See you Sunday Phil. We are staying at a Hotel down that way on Saturday night or else I`d ask if you want to "convoy" with a Pug 406!

Hi Phil,
You should have had an A5 piece from them saying 'Admission Pass for 1 car and 2 occupants'. If not, let me know!
Re a meeting point, I'll send out details tomorrow. We have space reserved so even if some people find it inconvenient, they can still make their own way and get in safely by asking for the PistonHeads stand.

Dave, if you're reading this, turn off the PC and get driving now - there's only 5 days left

I chased them today so you should get one in the next day or two. If it still doesn't turn up, we'll smuggle you in disgiused as an ice-cream van...
