I had my first jab 6 weeks after my second miscarriage, felt quite sad saying "no".
I suspect the form they have to fill out for you doesn't remove that question even if your gender is registered as male and they'll have been told they must get verbal confirmation for every question. It's not worth the headache if someone senior spots them skipping a question because of the obvious answer.

Hmm. Reminds me of a question I was asked at Liverpool John Lennon Airport when checking in for a flight. I had to pinch myself as the young scouse lady asked everyone the same security question:
"Has anyone put anything in your luggage that you don't know about?".
I could not be bothered to explain the fundamental flaw in the question and just said "No".

I tried to retrace my steps, going against the contraflow pattern marked out on the floor in stick-on footprints, and was forcibly restrained by burly covid guardian walts, but once they heard my plaintive protestations regarding my stickerless state, they relented and despatched a minion to Cubicle 5 to obtain my well-deserved sticker which I could show to everyone to prove how brave I'd been.
