Where on the convergence spectrum are you? Do you have, say, a Samsung Galaxy phone? You use it as your main PC via Dex software, it's your Kindle book reader, your camera, your cloud photo storage device, you email, office, netflix and gaming machine...

Or do you have a device for everything? Maybe an iPhone, a Windows laptop, a Kindle paperwhite, a playstation, a Nas drive, some cloud storage here and there. etc etc...

Or maybe somewhere in the middle? How do you take advantage of tech and the cross-functionality that it can offer, and what's your take on the idea of having just a single device to do it all?

I am an Apple fan so have an iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro.

The way they all integrate together is great, I can start something on my iPad, put it down and pick up the Mac and the document or website is just there. I often need to sign documents which I can do on the iPad using the Apple pencil. I can use the iPad as a second screen while I am travelling its pretty easy to get along with.

For storage I use iCloud for personal stuff and OneDrive/Teams for work again all accessible from all devices.

Simple life for me.

I have a Mac Book Air, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch for daily use. Windows machine for when I have to. Wife has similar.

I have a HP Microserver running Ubuntu server that backs up the household devices using TimeMachine and Urbackup. It also runs PiHole and a few test websites for my business and charities I do stuff for (production websites hosted in AWS).

Various cloud backup for different apps/content.
