Go and live in China for a bit, there’s some proper full on disgusting coughing.

Halfords chap would be polite by comparison.

I think I would've completely lost. Maybe report it to the police, there should be CCTV.

Is coughing actually considered assault in current times?

Legal requirement at present I think, not just shop policy.

Certainly in Scotland if you cough at a police officer as a threat your charged and locked up. Pretty sure you actually can do time for it aswel currently. Dont know the official take but thats what iv read in the paper near the beginning of it all.

A few years ago, I was in a very crowded train once when a woman who was stood over a gent sat down, sneezed over him.

I really felt for both of them. She obviously had a sneeze that crept up on her and he got sneezed over.

OP should have delivered a hard jab to the solar plexus, then as the cougher doubled up, a knee to the face, followed by an invitation to the friend "You want some of that?".

I had a stranger vomit over me on a plane a few years ago. Can I hunt them down and get them locked up?

Big difference between deliberately and accidentally though.

One of the local Romanian turds did that and spat on the wifes trouser leg while he was sat outside the cafe downstairs. I wanted to let my inner chimp take charge and show him the error of his ways but apparently i need to act my age not my shoe size.
He fked off sharpish when she suggested that the Police would be involved though, strangely he has been keeping his head down since.

My police friend says not at the moment, though many have been led to believe it is.

includes "Enforcement measures for failing to comply with this law" , which sounds pretty explicit?

I always found they had a dislike of blowing their nose, so just end up sniffling a lot, a few of my colleagues found it really annoying, I just made a note of what really annoyed my colleagues...
