Does anyone actually use Bixby?

I only tend to remember it exists when I press and hold the power button to restart the phone and am reminded that Samsung phones don't do that!

Not one person in the entire world has even used Bixby and therefore you don't need a poll !

Is it any good?

I like the idea of spreading my data our to different harvesters rather than just giving it all to Google so any non google/amazon/apple product is welcome.

I used it once to get Bixby to say hello Google which was amusing. Pointless feature.

Lol millions of people use Google Assistant whilst driving. Literally no one has used Bixby intentionally. Just like no one uses Bing over Google search.

Indeed. I speak to Google more or less any time I'm driving because the tough screen in a Volvo is quite possibly the worst piece of technology ever invented, but even there I press the button to start it.

I use vocal commands to set timers when cooking.
That's about it. Don't use my phone whilst driving.
Actually, searching YouTube on my mate's TV. Far quicker than typing on a remote.

Anyone who uses DuckDuckGo is essentially using Bing ... and there are plenty of us.

I rarely use Google search and when I do, only from my work laptop.

It used to be able to turn the torch on and off when google couldn't - not sure if that's still the case though.

Bixby key in Advanced Settings

You need to keep it enabled but change Bixby to Double press and then select a Single Press app.

Never double press it from then on.
