Due to numerous requests for T.V.R. insurance info, thought you might want to try Academy on 01793 521333. They do my Sagaris for a very competitive price and are very helpful,just ask for Clive or Darren ( tell them Dave sent you! ). Let me know if if it " worked for you " please! If so, spread the word as I'm sick of paying a fortune for my pleasure.

Did they insist on a Tracker for the Sag, and do they provide track day cover?

Most companies are now insisting on a cat 5 tracker for cars over £50,000 and if yours is not now, I am reliably assured it will be on your next premium...(apparently some directive passed last September but taking a while to filter through to some companies )

So if you intend to put a tracker in anyway I would suggest you don't waste money on anything other than a cat 5.

Just tried them and they were £30 cheaper than my renewal quote and very helpful. Unfortunately the quote they got from NIG Insurance who won’t cover the Nurburgring or trackdays. They did have another policy with Norwich Union which will cover trackdays at £100 per track day, but the premium wasn’t competitive
