Any suggestions for a cafe for a Sunday morning breakfast in Sheffield, near the e city centre? I’m thinking more muesli / avocado toast than park cafe / greasy spoon.

Have a look at Nonnas on Ecclesall Road. I haven't been for a while but was always excellent.
